Marketing is an Art. A very noble Art. All art is noble but there are very few Arts that are noble. Art is not paid well enough. So why marketing pays well. I mean a successful marketing.
I am confused. Art to be successfull ? But Art is beautiful. Therefore it is the most corrupt art because it says successful is beautiful. If it said beautiful is successful then ok.
Ok so marketing is selling. Selling is cruel. Like fighting. In fighting you kill. But in selling you choose to kill by estimating the no of kills.
If that much liberty you have then making successful as beautiful will kill either wrong or large no of people.
So what should be done. Lets first understand how marketing is done.
Opening a shop and expecting traffic is not marketing.
First you have to choose your customers.
Then make them dependent.
Then pull back that thing they are dependent on. Its a psychological thing to create some anxiety.
Then you don’t need to do anything.
It’s like helping after making dependent. Free stuff. The more boring the product the more you have to bind them to you generally speaking. Many a times a boring product may not be bad but good.
Then it’s double difficult to actually create sales. Organic traffic from Google is luck based indirect sales leveraging on the bad marketing of the world. Symbiosis or something I am not a doctor. That’s why I said SEO is total trash. A morally weak will easily get luck.
Amazon Flipkart can be thought as they do marketing by showing Ads. Something in Ad binds to us and after seeing so many times and to so many people it binds something within you to the company which then make you buy the product or service from company.
Amazon sells online shopping. Not everything needs to be baught online but still you buy because of some binding. May be something larger like economics.
First you give may be the pleasure of product without the product. For example Super star SEO package. When one accidently or through Ad reads it he feels bind to buy. It’s the buyers weakness but exploited actively. My complain is not the exploiting actively part but doing it from the wrong center.
Something only sells because its addictive or juiced up.
Free Dopamine cannot be returned. It can only be mitigated by and inside the receiver by willing to pay for the otherwise crap.
The best use of marketing is bringing about change.
So two types of product evolve. High ticket and low ticket. Selling High ticket is psychology based and low ticket is utility based.
If more people use same thing that thing become more important.
A gun safe should be important and Thermostats also. Not so much though that I compromise on morals. The more I studied the product and about the its use the more difficult it became to find a satisfactory reason to make it important. Both seem unnecessary.
One was hitch hiking Global warming. The other Gun culture. Without understanding these two my reason won’t be accurate enough.
But after studying both these in USA I came to know that it can only be used for change in reverse psychology way.
Buy Gun Safe to make Gun more un safe. So many Guns itself means no trust. So best way would be to find for whom the distrust. Govt. Then mandatory open carry will be best for country as trust is a feeling. Until then a small safe will have psychological advantage for intended use ie Govt to feel more unsafe because of such marketing.
Even at homes Same marketing will make Govt equally unsafe to probably don’t need to or don’t fear open carry !!
Following small safes are not safe.
A large one however need some physical attributes also. As it is a category of larger Home safes. How much you need to or want Gun to be as valuable than other things requiring large Home safes.
Gun is a psychological thing. Needs Psychological marketing of accessories. Since USA top priority is super Ego ie “not ID” because Ego is quite satisfied compared to the world, guns will be there. The best way to satisfy not ID is always when ID is more probable.
Buy thermostat for more Global warming. Thermostats won’t help with Global warming. AC or Heat pump will. Thermostats is a very sleepy product. No body cares much. We have a thermostat in our body as well. Heat felt and temperature are subjective. To feel same comfort your internal setpoint must be slightly up than before. Mine is. That’s why I am selling Thermostats to you.
My marketing slogan is to increase Global warming. But internal. External everybody wants to don’t care !! So saying to reduce it never gives any advantage if not disadvantage.
Instead internal warmth will make atleast people think. That little change is also a very good reason for problem so imminent as something is better than nothing.
12 years of selling these two such a valuable products for USA on Amazon for loss will be enough binding reason I think for USA for marketing done above. Ie You don’t have a choice. Buy from me or die !!
