I know two of my very close relatives actively surviving on this business of lending money alone.
One has perfected the son to extract the lended amount by anyway possible. Same one who is fond of hurling sword and bringing hand Gun to school. They don’t really have much but don’t spare a single rupee.
Another had father in Railways. So after retirement used all the retirement amount for Mahajani business. They are doing pretty good although they owe me 10 for TV and public humiliation with sticks, kicks and slurs.
Other than that I have not lended much to anyone. Maybe 50 something to brother whose life I saved and few 1 here and there. All in K.
Beside that and may be I am repeating 100th time that previous PSU owe me gratuity and some authorised leave pay.
Beside that I bought a lot of SEO service from lot of countries. How many I don’t know but considerable number of countries in all continent beside Antartica but maximum to US that I can say for sure. And I paid them through portal that only accepts Dollars but they did not deliver anything back. How ?

Tourism is not by active contribution but collective contribution of citizens and is of about 25600 crore. So 25600 crore was produced by 140 crore people. I assume that each of them is an equal contributor which is clearly not by seeing the treatment of foreign visitors by Indian people and a large portion responsible for enabling them and also a large portion not even able to help themselves and so dependent on freebees.
