Has anyone read the Constitution. Don’t bother because even I haven’t. So how is parliament running with illiterate MPs and MLAs.
How do we know if opposition or ruling party is factually correct assuming we are one of those fews who listens to Parliament Sessions.
Modiji has given me a task to teach constitution to general public. Most of them hate books. So who will care for even the Preamble which is a small introductory passage highlighting the soul and guiding principles to interpret constitution.
It’s so boring. It has to be translated to simple and comprehensible Inglish.
For that I will Just look any happening in politics from the preamble’s light.
All else is duty of the opposition to create enough gravity for any neglect and danger for at least me. I think I am woke enough for that.
Leave is not a Right.
Fundamental Rights do not include leave. It includes-
Right to Equality (Articles 14–18)
Equality before law
No discrimination on religion, race, caste, sex, or place of birth
Equal opportunity in public employment
Abolition of untouchability and titles
Right to Freedom (Articles 19–22)
Includes freedoms such as:
Speech and expression
Assembly
Association
Movement
Residence
Profession
Also includes protection in respect of conviction and arrest.
Right against Exploitation (Articles 23–24)
Prohibits human trafficking
Bans forced labour
Prohibits child labour in hazardous industries
Right to Freedom of Religion (Articles 25–28)
Freedom of conscience
Right to profess, practice, and propagate religion
Cultural and Educational Rights (Articles 29–30)
Protection of language, script, and culture of minorities
Right of minorities to establish and administer educational institutions
Right to Constitutional Remedies (Article 32)
Right to approach the Supreme Court or High Courts to enforce Fundamental Rights
Right to Education (Article 21A)
Free and compulsory education for children aged 6–14 years
I received a mail from PM office on Constitution Day.
One line says Gandhi ji believed that a duty well performed creates a corresponding right and that real rights are a result of the performance of duty.
There are 11 Fundamental Duties:

To abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals, institutions, the National Flag, and the National Anthem.

To cherish and follow the noble ideals of the freedom struggle.

To uphold and protect the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of India.

To defend the country and render national service when called upon.

To promote harmony and brotherhood and renounce practices derogatory to the dignity of women.

To value and preserve the rich heritage of India’s composite culture.

To protect and improve the natural environment (forests, lakes, rivers, wildlife) and have compassion for living creatures.

To develop scientific temper, humanism, and the spirit of inquiry and reform.

To safeguard public property and abjure violence.
-
To strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity.

To provide opportunities for education to children aged 6–14 years (added by the 86th Constitutional Amendment Act, 2002).
Majority must have not faced any Fundamental Rights Violation but majority are also not doing any of the fundamental duties.
Well it is not mandatory.
But Leave is not a Right. Though with fake medical certificate it is mandatory.
If someone not really want to take leave from work providing a medical kind of makes it mandatory.
So leave from work is allowed. Leave from job is not allowed.
In that respect I should ask the Government. I was given break from it not emancipation.
Kind of EOL. Now I am again in office but I need more than resources and space available in office to do the Govt work which is important and urgency.
So let’s try paid leave. Why will govt give me paid leave. Because it’s not a leave. It’s a different assignment by DAE and ruling Govt if I deciphers the signs on TV news and X correctly.
I have not yet seen anyone or anything claiming this clearly enough to convince the system.
Today I was suppose to submit medical for EOL.
I am against not just for Medical but the whole beurocracy. So it will defeat my purpose of restructuring it from very top.
Why so many levels of paper work for fake medical certificate.
I already wrote to ministry earlier that I can produce any Medical like anyone else if needed. Just name it. Will the fake Medical certificate still be required on Local level that will not even reach to top ministries.
How will I devolve more power this way. Do I need to say the obvious that even SC judges are updating themselves through my exclusive News Stories.
So it will require Ministry’s intervention. Should I need to mail again to Amit Shah. I can atleast forward the mail recieved.
Rest BJP is quite deft in BHRAMHA and PARABHRAMHA literature.
Leave is not a Right. It is the Final Destination. RIGHT !!
