Admins, HR, They don’t produce anything.
They are pest if you see.
Most of their work can be automated.
They are there just because other company has them.
They say they take care of welfare.
But do they have any vision or mission.
Then How production unit will have.
Every company has a vision or mission statement.
But they are not aligned with one common vision or mission.
If however it have that. Then the Vision won’t be ignored.
World Largest Power producing company. But why ?
Why not cleanest power producer in the country.
Which one you think is more motivating.
There is one book The War of Art. The Author says It is not hard to write a book. The difficult part is to sit down daily to write.
That is Resistance. But of what. Obviously own’s system. It can be better and easily identified outside because we don’t really have to consciously do trivial tasks like digesting food.
If recruiters and workforce are one system then one is running by resisting other.
How ?
Creating a safe space where Workforce don’t care for recruiters because they consider themselves superior but never tell the bureaucracy department. They say Admins get salary from our work. Hard to deny really. Similarly Recruiters even though know they are doing nothing are just busy never letting the Tech force convey or establish they are superior.
I am not saying the nature of work is false. But it is our own system. Why can’t we rise up and leave for job with fire in the belly. Money has conditioned you like that. In fact you are paid for that only ie To resist the the other part of system.
If it is so the whole world must be predominantly be working according to this machine.
I think the two part of the world is Science and Religion.
If you want the largest organization with unscientific views come to India.
India is resisting all scientific temperament but is the poorest. Its not so in corporate or may be slightly opposite.
You see India has proved again and again that it can produce good CEOs. Our original research is zero.
Ok so now that we know two always exist our job must be to minimize it. Yes but how ?
The other part of the system must be your own. Individual system.
For that we need a WAR.
A WORLD WAR.
Lets say I am the bad party or the Lazy part of the system that breaks free bread. You are the working force.
For ex here Recruitment which is the Lazy department and workforce can unite to fight my system.
Now IGCAR and its counter part which ever it is here unite. And so on.
I don’t know at the local level but at higher level Its India vs the world for 6 months.

Why I am saying so ?
Because you have no choice. Since emotion precedes thought, your thought and emotions will be out of phase with mine.
In simple words I will always be 1 day ahead of you. You cant do anything about it except know it. Rest leave it to Right hemisphere.

3.) Zero disturbance policy as if I don’t exist.
