And CGPDTM too.

I was not given gratuity from NTPC for unauthorised absence.
But I was also not given any pay for unauthorised leaves.
Reason was- deducted gratuity for unauthorised leaves.
I gave my resignation 3 times. All 3 times it wasn’t forwarded.
Finally I did striking from rolls.
Went to court but they needed termination letter.
But I had already torn it.
