Did you know in last job once we all shift executives went to our supervisor to reduce number of night shifts and immediate morning shifts. I had not slept for two days. Yet only I heard a knock at my hostel door 11 pm same day by same Sr manager to do morning shift next day. My brain exploded into million pieces. Such disregard of personal boundaries.
Once after night shift I got a call to go for medical check up scheduled for the whole day. I said my night shift is just over. But Yaar is a keyword that Sr manager uses if his/her technical is zero. BP high was guaranteed. I said I haven’t slept.
Even after giving resignation 3 times explicitly mentioning that it will be better or safe for both company and me that I resign peacefully agreeing to do the notice period and other formalities HR didn’t say a word. They did called me to help but showing total ignorance of resignation letter.
They even printed a news paper Ad of an absconding employee. They had my CUG number which Was also my WhatsApp no. All plant work were handled mostly through WhatsApp groups though I had objection over it. Zero protocols.
But they fear anything in writing. A simple todo list regarding daily cleaning that I asked to paste in labour cabin after a long lecture by Sirs was petrifying to them.
Nothing was against the rules. I decided to leave because my only way of passing time in shift was reduced to counting ticks of clock.
I tried going to gym again but it made me even more irritable and gave severe headache. Their were times when whatever I ate use to come out just like that.
I resigned because I then understood that it was as much Company’s requirement than a middle class orphan boy even though there were only 8 all India seats for general. That’s why I got it so easily.
OK so same story is starting here which was anyway going to happen. But I didn’t expected it so early.
HRs were more concerned about filling or completing the file for me than any real help.

You people don’t understand. For me the world really do not exist. I create it to experience it because I am not bounded to anything outside. All places feels same to me after few days. I am only bounded to my work. So only interested in air, water, sunlight and food of the place. Rest all feels the same to me. Fair or Unfair.
That is why I cut through all the middle management to directly and clearly communicate to the top officials. All else will involve babus and signatures with whome I have no business. How can I rectify a faulty system by following it from the nitty gritty itself. I have to have leverage over important parts and instruments and yet in a way that will not require my presence at all.
I am almost sure of salary. I know this because it is easy to get into any sector but 100 times difficult to get out. Getting unemployed is much more difficult than getting employed in this country.
So I don’t think I cannot easily get 6 month paid leave from Govt. Even 5 years will not be overkill for them.
But that depends on what happens in next 6 months.
If food water and leave from all rest is assured I won’t even leave the Room for months. That’s how I solved RS Agarwal in summer vacation in class 10.
But this much I want. Or else my next course of action will be same- absconding till termination. I have that much in pocket to return home.
