In America it is so frequent to see divorce. And there is a whole sue industry.
Basically if you have money you can file case for most trivial of things like divorce.
Is divorce rate so high because American men women want to see another man women really fight for you.
Then divorce lawyer are the culprit right ? Otherwise what are husband wife for ?
And since beyond basic needs all else is just Ego.
Is the only reward that an American secretly long for is recognition in the court room in front of jury.
Law abiding citizens. I hear this a lot. Like law abiding Gun holding citizen.
What use is a Gun if it can’t fire in any direction.
It seems like when you get frustrated being law abiding you satisfy the Ego in court room.
Mr Brooks vs Citizen X
One side is Mr brooks a serial killer with strategic clean headshot kills. For ex Wife.
One side is Citizen X A messy compulsive helpless serial killer. For ex Husband.
Generally one with money wins.
The topic of argument is always who is superior. A baseless question.
For example I am superior because he/she cheated on me.
Doctors sell health. But Lawyers they sell nothing but bureaucracy. Doctors real job is to improve health of not just patient but whole man kind. Lawyers real job is to fill in for the limitation of bureaucracy.
But in India no such Doctor or Lawyer exist.
Medicine is quite cheap while Lawyers are much costlier. While both are costly in USA. So chances of filing case is much less than medical emergency. Costly medical and Lawyers in USA implies very difficult survival. Laws at the cost of health. Cheap medical and costly lawyers in India means too much comradery. Health at the cost of Laws.
No Lawyer here gets paid for reducing bureaucratic hurdle for “Just” citizen.
I use to watch a show Boston Legal. The main character Alan Shore who use to have night tremors and Clown Phobia use to win all his cases which were all controversial and counter intuitive.
He use to live in Hotels. No permanent home. He didn’t care for promotion as he was best friends with firm’s CEO. So he use to take only those case which he finds interesting.
Most of them were controversial. Like-
1. The Cigarette Company Lawsuit (Season 1)
Alan represents a widow suing a tobacco company.
He wins by exposing internal memos showing the company hid cancer risks.
Controversial because: It echoes real-world Big Tobacco battles, and Alan uses unorthodox (borderline improper) maneuvers.
2. The “Fat Judge” Case (Season 1 – Death Be Not Proud)
Alan defends a judge accused of bias because of obesity.
He wins by dismantling the assumption that body size affects judicial ability.
Controversial because: It satirizes discrimination and courtroom politics.

He gets the charges dropped.
Controversial because: He attacks the government’s treatment of veterans.
4. The Schizophrenic Client Who Refuses Medication (Season 2)

Controversial because: Raises the question of civil liberties vs. mental health intervention.

It tells me one thing. No body cares about rules if right argument is provided. Rules are made to be broken.
Then why formality of giving Employees copy of Handbook. I read my previous Handbook thousand times but neither job profile nor resignation was according to the book.
So my point is Legal whatever should be divided into PC and Anti PC.
PC are those cases in which money should win. Anti PC where argument.
This two in both private and govt. Where to go is up to citizen.
This PC and Anti PC are just two ordinary words. They would be nothing if no weight.
Does my saying it hold weight.
It would if Someone really sweated to create these two brands.
For some reason my what’s app status for some days few years before 2020 was 2020.
One alone person changed the direction(Disha) of the whole world in 2020.
